How long will it take to deliver my order?
We send items from Sydney, Australia within 24-48 hours, with orders dispatched the same day is placed before 12pm. Once dispatched, standard delivery is estimated to take from 5 -10 business days but delays may be expected, and express delivery is estimated to take 1-4 business days but delays may be expected. Keep track of your order via the tracking number sent by email or contact us today to get a tracking update.

Can you express ship my order?

While we endeavour to dispatch every order as quickly as possible, due to sale or busy periods we encourage you to get in contact with our customer service team if an order is needed urgently and we always recommend choosing express shipping or contacting us to organise courier shipping both at an additional cost.

How is the order sent to me? 

Australia: We use Australia Post or Sendle to delivery to home and business addresses or PO Box numbers. If you are not home at the time of delivery and there is no safe place to leave your parcel unattended, Aus Post or Sendle will leave a note stating that you should collect your package from your nearest Post Office. Please contact your local post office for any special requests you may have with regards to delivery.

International: For international deliveries Aus post will send your delivery to your local courier to complete the final delivery. We use these services to deliver to home and business addresses or PO Box numbers. If you are not home at the time of delivery and there is no safe place to leave your parcel unattended, the delivery service will leave a note stating that you should collect your package from your nearest Post Office.

What happens if my order arrives later than expected?
At Scrubaclub we pride ourselves on working diligently to make sure each order is dispatched as soon as possible and delivered on time, however we are unable to anticipate unexpected delays from Australian and International postal services, as well as customs delays. On the rare occurrence there is a delay we require 7-10 business days to investigate and if the item hasn’t arrived (lost by the post) we will happily resend the order or offer a refund.
