LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY
Thank you for purchasing our product. We are committed to providing high-quality, reliable devices and stand behind the performance of our products. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Coverage
This warranty covers product faults that are not caused by misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification. Specifically, it includes but is not limited to:
- The product not charging under normal usage with the provided charger.
- The cleaning brush head not rotating or functioning due to internal mechanical or motor failure.
- Speed settings not working or failing to respond to standard input.
- The product not turning on despite proper charging and usage.
Warranty Period
The warranty is valid for a period of six months from the date of purchase, as indicated by a valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from accidental drops, misuse, improper storage, water exposure (if charging cap not properly closed), or cosmetic wear and tear.
- Damage caused by the use of unauthorized accessories, chargers, or attachments.
- Any attempt at repair or modification by anyone other than our authorized service personnel.
Claim Process
To file a warranty claim:

- Provide your proof of purchase, a description of the fault, and photos or video evidence if applicable.
- If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the faulty unit at our discretion.
Limitations
Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of the defective product. This warranty does not entitle the purchaser to reimbursement for any incidental or consequential damages.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must let us know within 14 days if your item is damaged otherwise your return may be rejected.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
